This is indeed the case as far as I can tell. Specifically, I believe Eric burned the CD-Rs (I have done extensive online research on all of their early demos). For what it's worth, I grabbed a lossless rip from user alarmclockscreams (who made this entry) back in 2014 and compared it to all known copies I could find posted online and in torrents. All of them appeared to be double-transcodes; the CD master itself looks to use a 128kbps MP3 source (to be fair it was a DIY job back in 2002). Interestingly, America's Hardcore has a copy of "The Legend of the Flower of Woe" on it, though I haven't confirmed whether it's lossless.If you have a copy, might you consider running it through a program called MusicBrainz Picard and submit the disc TOC to the MusicBrainz database?
