Jones County is a county located in the southeast portion of the . state of Mississippi. As of the 2010 census, the population was 67,761. Its county seats are Laurel and Ellisville. Jones County is part of the Laurel, MS Micropolitan Statistical Area. Less than a decade after Mississippi became the country's 20th state, settlers organized this area of 700 sq mi (1,800 km2) of pine forests and swamps for a new county in 1826.

The biggest bright side that this album has going for it has got to be the diversity between songs. Perhaps an attempt to make a little something for everybody, and it does prevent the songs from blending together too badly. However, in creating that diversity, a lot of quality was lost. For example, the track "Boondocks" was meant to serve as a high-energy album opener, but instead it falls completely flat as Jones raps off-beat over the lackluster instrumental. He struggles with flowing on beat throughout the project, you'll notice.
