Who's Better, Who's Best is, however, in its finer moments, a decent compilation. Indeed, the first half of this 1988 release collects nine of the most interesting rock tracks ever. Unfortunately, the compilation falters as it comes to a close. A more forthright compilation is perhaps a better option for most (Meaty Beaty Big and Bouncy springs to mind). Nevertheless, Who's Better, Who's Best is a solid career overview and is useful for both casual and hardcore fans.
