Born Again is the 11th studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, which was released in August of 1983. It is the only album the group recorded with lead vocalist Ian Gillan, best known for his work with Deep Purple. It was also the last Black Sabbath album for nine years to feature original bassist Geezer Butler, and the last to feature drummer Bill Ward until he played a studio track on their 1998 live album Reunion

Trashed" is a song from the album Born Again, by English rock band Black Sabbath. It was released as a single also. It is the first song of the album, and one of the first songs by the Gillan Sabbath lineup. Trashed" relates how Gillan crashed Ward's car during an alcohol-fuelled race around the grounds of the recording studio. Ian Gillan recounts: The song was re-recorded by Gillan for his solo album Gillan's Inn, with Tony Iommi, Ian Paice and Roger Glover.
