Vessel is the third studio album by American musical duo Twenty One Pilots, which was released on January 8, 2013. It is the band's first album released via Fueled by Ramen, and is their major-label debut album. As of July 2016, the album has sold over 569,000 copies. High-school colleagues Tyler Joseph, Nick Thomas, and Chris Salih formed Twenty One Pilots in 2009. The group released their debut album Twenty One Pilots. Both Thomas and Salih parted ways with the band in 2011.

I ordered this issue via JB Hi-Fi (Australia). The packaging quality was mint, excellent in that regard.However, the sound was very poor. It was muted and had poor dynamic range and frequency response; think an old cassette.Lots of noise, it was very noticeable with headphones—not such an issue through the room speakers—it was tolerable. Noise and other artefacts increased the closer the needle got to the centre of the disc, Truce (B12) sounded awful.Another big issue was the crackling and popping which was audible throughout the album.I can not recommend this issue. This is one of my favourite albums, so I desperately hope the boys reissue this with better QC.Note: my copy took roughly 3 months to arrive, treatment in shipping may have affected the quality of the record. I have since returned the record.
