Feelin' Alright?", also known as "Feeling Alright", is a song written by Dave Mason of the English rock band Traffic for their eponymous 1968 album Traffic. It was also released as a single, and it reached on the US charts but failed to chart in the UK. Joe Cocker performed a more popular rendition of the song. Both Traffic's and Cocker's versions appear in the 2012 movie Flight. The song had also been featured in the 2000 film Duets, sung by Huey Lewis. Dave Mason - lead vocal, guitar.

Feelin' Alright? Lyrics. Seems I've got to have a change of scene 'Cause every night I have the strangest dreams Imprisoned by the way it could have been Left here on my own or so it seems I've got to leave before I start to scream But someone's locked the door and took the key. You feeling all right? I'm not feelin' too good myself Well, you feeling all right? I'm not feeling too good myself

The 2007 Traffic entry in Universal Music's series of best-ofs called The Definitive Collection is simply a retitled reissue of the 2000 compilation Feelin' Alright: The Very Best of Traffic. It even has the same catalog number. It combines the group's early singles hits like "Paper Sun" and "Hole in My Shoe" with lengthier album tracks like "Dear Mr. Fantasy" and "The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys. Looking over the song list, any Traffic fan will be able to reel off omissions. But easy as it is to note what's missing, it's not so easy to figure out how such songs could be shoehorned into a single-disc set that is already packed with great material.
