The Corpse of Rebirth is a really solid album with the only real weak track being "Male". The production on this record is relatively clear and balanced. The guitars have just enough distortion, and the bass is audible beneath everything, which I always appreciate.

But it doesn't take too long for seasoned consumers of this modern black metal aesthetic to realize that The Corpse of Rebirth's concept may indeed be stronger and better fleshed out than it is properly executed.
