However, it carries enough maturity to be considered among the more introverted artists that are revered for their thought provoking lyrics and melodies. I find this album to be great for working out in the gym, or contemplating life at 3:00am. Its flow allows you to remain 'in the zone' for its enitrety, and the trade mark sound of Sylvian's voice reminds you (as does Cohen's) that it's not all about production and perfection; the message you're putting out there speaks volumes.
