Unlike the Tom Jones "Delilah", which is about a jilted lover who turns homicidal, this Delilah is much more anodyne, an irresistible girl who makes Freddie Mercury smile. This was one of the first tracks recorded for Innuendo, the last album Queen released in Mercury's lifetime. He was suffering from AIDS, and his condition deteriorated as the sessions progressed. More songs from Queen.
